“as i was on my way to my parents in ocala i realized my front left tire went flat. i was half an hour from my own place and fifty from their house. i randomly pulled them up on google maps and i am so glad i did. as soon as i pulled up they immediately helped me. i was in and out within 10 minutes- they were so friendly and it was so fast! only $50 for a new tire! they are the best, if you’re nearby definitely check them out for their services”

“Went in to tuffy today for a "screw in tire" . Hoping to get plugged or patched obviously. I was taken care of promptly,by a great employee named Mike. He took my car in immediately and he confirmed it didn't need a patch or plug. That the screw was just stuck in between the threads and not peircing. He saved me money by being honest with me. “Came here today for the first time after noticing it while riding by the other day. There looked to be an estate sale or something going on out front with a lot of Christmas items. Upon entry, I noticed the place is very well organized and clean, with a ton of stuff! I'd probably have to come back here quite a few times in order to actually go through and look at everything. Some things are overpriced but I bought a few things that seemed to be a good deal. To me, anyway. A hair dryer which I've been needing, a waffle blanket that was 50% off so only $2, and a pair of linen pants. Total was $7 for everything. The lady working was helpful. I actually asked for her help to see something that was inside of the glass case, and she moved the stuff out from in front of it and got it out for me. She also answered the questions I had about prices for some items. I recommend this store because I feel like there is something there for everyone.”

“I called about having my truck A/C serviced as it was blowing on the warm side. They were busy and the person I talked to promised to call me back with an appointment time. He called me back the same day. The mechanic gave me two options on the service and took time to explain each option. I watched him as he worked. He was knowledgeable and friendly. My A/C works like new. The price was good. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this shop.”

I’m proud of that.Fire stone had a woman working at the store, and I truly truly loved her. She was awesome,very service oriented, very professional. She knew her business and I trusted her she left or was let go. I’m not sure I don’t think the guys really cared for her. They didn’t give me much information about where to find her and then Kelli came on board. if it weren’t for Kelli, I never would’ve gotten my tires and brakes done there. I don’t feel comfortable dealing with the men there. I I don’t feel appreciated or valued. After 15+years of business, they don’t even act like they know me”
