“I had such a great experience at this CVS thanks to the shift supervisor Kevin Ortiz. He went above and beyond to help me and made the entire visit smooth. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. He was professional and very patient he answered all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed.
It’s rare to come across someone with that level of customer service these days. CVS is lucky to have a shift supervisor like him on their team. “Young lady was very sweet tonight. They were closing in 10 min and we all have the crud at home. I have horrible allergies. I ran in for Mucinex, Nasal Spray and throat lozenges. She was vacuuming when I came in. I thought they closed at 10 and I looked at the wrong location. I ran in and out. She never made me feel bad about it. Thank you! I didnt want to run around.”

“I’m an Uber driver, so I am constantly in gas stations. The gentleman who helped me I cannot remember his name. But he was the nicest man I’ve ever come across. The store is spotless, and the bathrooms are cleaner than mine at home! If you’re in the area, please give this family your business they were so so nice to me. There’s a sad story. One of their family members was killed for no reason and they have yet to find her killer. It was not on the premises, but there’s a sign saying justice for Monica Islam. I sure hope they find who took the life of this woman part of the family that owns this store. Once again great gas prices, and cleanest store and bathroom I’ve ever seen! I’m definitely gonna call Shell corporate and let them know this franchisee is awesome”
