“My husband and I moved here 5 weeks,ago from South Florida.There was a communication error from my Doctor which pharmacy my prescriptions were sent Within minutes of my Dr visit I received a personalized message that Mt Dora pharmacy was filling my prescriptions and they would be ready soon I then received a call from the pharmacist who was so pleasant and cheerful that he needed my insurance information. Also, Explained to me that a refill for one of my other prescriptions were being done at another pharmacy said he would PERSONALLY call the other pharmacy to check. We went to go pickup the prescriptions and there also waiting for us was the prescription that I would have had to travel further to pick up. They were Sooooo pleasant and made the whole experience easy,caring and again the service,was exceptional Thank you! you will feel like u were treated like family”

“Refreshing to deal with real people. Forget Walgreens and Cvs. Support local small business. I am forced to take some medicine that Walgreens and Cvs make nearly impossible to get on a regular basis. Lake Pharmacy has my meds when I need them, and the employees are kind down to earth people, not corporate robots. Always greeted kindly and treated with respect. They actually appreciate your business and it shows. As long as things stay this way, the 20 minute drive doesn’t bother me at all and I will remain a loyal customer.”

“I used to go through Wmart pharmacy and I switched to Bay pharmacy and haven't looked back.. they have all my meds without have to order them like others.. excellent pharmacist you can actually speak to.. you can ask questions about meds you may that may work for you or concerns without just being a number.. these people actually take the time to learn your name.. I'm in my mid 50s and haven't seen this kind of excellent older fashioned service in many years.. it's a mom n pop type business very hometown type.. I say help small business and go with these guys, you can't lose..”

“I start with the bakery. Cup cakes, red velvet slice, cookies , breakfast pastry and pie. You gotta have deserts on hand, when you go MARS. The rest, go til the carts full. Everything is there. Finding out it's best to wait for one of the "little carts", did you know about the little carts? Oh, and the most important thing...step on the scale. Happy trails....AND PUBLIX SELLS A DOZEN ROSES EVERYDAY FOR 15.99, OR SO...RED, PINK, WHITE......ROSES, AT PUBLIX...TURN THE LOVE LIGHT ON!!!!”

People that don't shop there regularly don't understand her so stop posting negative reviews. She's always helpful and good to me. I love all the people who work here and all the negative reviews on the shot lab have the wrong CVS. There are no nurse's just pharmacists and they are always great and super clean...so I say go here Always ? the fact they ship UPS and No tobacco products is a big plus.”

“The small size of this store makes for easy and convenient shopping. The line is usually short and there is hardly ever any waiting. The only complaint I have with this store is that driving into and out of their parking lot back onto the main highway is kind of a pain. Walgreens is usually easier to get to but they tend to have longer lines.”
