The store is super clean and they pretty much have everything that you need. The associates in this store are extremely helpful and do the best they can for their customers. Many provide phenomenal and exceptional service, going above and beyond with a proactive approach, proper suggestions, and a commitment to guiding customers through projects. They offer personal assistance with great professionalism, kindness, and a smile, making the store feel like a community. This dedication includes spending significant time helping find specific items and assisting with heavy items without hesitation. Even in challenging conditions like rain, associates are noted for their helpfulness. However, some customers report that there is no help available, which impacts their experience. Additionally, there are criticisms of their third-party delivery service. Despite these points, many associates are recognized for their exceptional service and are considered valuable assets to the company.

I first time visited. Excellent store, they had so many different plants, tools, detergents, equipments, anything you can think of was they had in the store. I was very impressed. 5 stars.
