“After much due diligence, we decided to purchase our 4 piece kitchen appliance replacement at this location. We found exactly what we wanted but had a few questions. Our salesperson was an attentive woman who walked the floor and went over every appliance with us. All of our questions were asked and answered. I would have to say that the delivery service was the only weak link. One out of the 3 deliveries did not go well and the installation had to be redone by a different and much better duo. We’ve had the merchandise for almost two months and all is well. I would definitely recommend this Lowe’s.”

“First I hope Dan is cross trained in all departments or maybe you can clone him or something. Incredible experience. He answered all our questions with a smile. We had been grocery shopping in the area and decided to check out some washing machines. This store is not exactly the closest to home but we were in the area. We said we would come back in a few days. Well in a couple of days went by after checking out some other stores and didn't find what we were looking for. We decided to go check out another Lowe's store closer to home because it was raining. Big mistake this store literally two other families plus us could not get any service. I asked someone walking by they supposedly went to get someone after about 30 minutes of waiting we went to the front. They called for someone to meet us and again nothing. We decided to dart across town to see if Dan was still working. He was and actually greeted us from the moment we walked in he was waving as I was asking if he was still there because it was close to closing. I could not have asked for better service. I don't know what other departments he does work in but if you're shopping for washers/dryers ask for Dan”

“I purchased a refrigerator on 8/2/26. I gave the assistant the Model # of what I wanted and she assured me that the refrigerator was stainless steel and the sides were black. I paid for early delivery for 8/4/26. Delivery day they had a fridge with a missing piece and the sides were gray. I refused delivery. I called Lowe’s 5 times and was hung up on each time. I went to Lowe’s and demanded a refund and to close out the credit card. Everywhere I go in Orlando it is horrible business and customer service practices.”
