He walked me through the whole rental process quick and easy. The space is exactly what I need with a little room to navigate through. The location is clean and well lit. I was under the impression that we had unlimited miles, and without it, it would have been difficult to make it there without an extra charge. “EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I needed a last minute U-Haul rental and while other locations were either closed or didn't have the size I needed this location did. This is actually the second time I have rented a U-Haul from this location and once again they proved to be the utmost professional and easiest to deal with. I would say this is now my preferred location in Apopka. The managers, Ken & Mecca, were AMAZING!!! They were friendly, funny, practiced social distance correctly and made my experience renting a U-Haul, which sometimes can be a pain in the butt, smooth and convenient. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!”
