“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I needed a last minute U-Haul rental and while other locations were either closed or didn't have the size I needed this location did. This is actually the second time I have rented a U-Haul from this location and once again they proved to be the utmost professional and easiest to deal with. I would say this is now my preferred location in Apopka. The managers, Ken & Mecca, were AMAZING!!! They were friendly, funny, practiced social distance correctly and made my experience renting a U-Haul, which sometimes can be a pain in the butt, smooth and convenient. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!”

“I made a reservation online through U-Haul for a trailer that weekend. When I arrived, Ashley was at the front desk and so helpful and sweet. I was stressed because we had been 45 minutes late but she made the process very easy. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I needed an electrical outlet in my car for the trailer, so I couldn't use that, but they had a truck available to rent that day and switched it out at no cost. The instructions for returning the truck later that evening were very easy and they processed my paperwork first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend this location and appreciate how easy Ashley and Julio made the process!”

“After Neighborhood dealer on Forest City Road closed early & wouldn't provide auto transport rental that was already confirmed with U-Haul call center while my family was stranded with broke down vehicle in middle of nowhere, I didn't know what I was going to do. “I decided to use Penske since uhaul was sold out of trucks, and I'm glad I did. There was a deposit, $150, that doesn't go toward the final price of the actual service. Other than that it was a great experience. The truck was nice and clean and has a back up mirror. It drives nice and it's not too big and bulky like uhaul. I used a 12' truck. It's located inside of Home Depot tool rental. If you have questions, I'd suggest to call Penske because unfortunately, the Home Depot reps didn't know much. When I had an issue with a charge the rep did call Penske for me though. It's also way cheaper than uhaul. And they have a one hour grace period. I'll definitely use them if I ever have to move again.”

“Overall the rental process was great. The only knock was getting a 16ft truck instead of the 12ft I had reserved. The rep that helped me in Maitland, cannot remember his name, was excellent. When I was leaving I remembered a coupon I had gotten from my realtor & he was able to apply it after the fact. Much appreciated. No service or truck issues. Tip: the Maitland location is inside of a Sheraton hotel. There is a budget/avis in the lobby area.”
