“Update Nov 2025, almost 4 years later, minimal maintenance, over 3000 miles and still going strong. Had a fuse go bad while on the road, Scott, Teresa and their crew took great care of me, picked up the scooter fixed it quickly. “I don't think I've met more honest repair shop ever. I sat there for 40 minutes and watched every customer be taken care of like they were the only person in the shop. It went from someone having something wrong with her tire and the person calibrating it where I know in another place, they would've charged it and bought a new part. One individual was a regular and the guy gave me a discount because that person comes there all the time. I don't live in Fernandina, but I was driving here to see friends from Naples and had an accident and they repaired the bumper and took care of some things and basically said I didn't need that part and that there was no charge. I can tell why they were so busy but honestly, I've never seen a more professional and friendly staff at an auto repair place”

John diagnosed and fixed a seal that spewed oil seemingly everywhere. About $150 degreased the engine and filled with new oil.

“Fantastic job and an amazing customer service experience from Mike and the team. The experience from start to finish was incredible and professional up until we shook hands and said goodbye. I immediately felt like family upon visiting and knew I was going to be in for a good service.
They asked what I wanted, showed me the percentage variation with the different tints, they gave me an ETA and I was out the same day. Some advice, go with the premium material that blocks out the UV more and keeps the car cooler - I would have gotten that but my car was already 10 years old so I opted for the standard tint instead.
Ignore the negative comments, I know for a fact Mike and the boys are gonna treat you with respect, care and dignity. We need more folks that have the love, passion and positivity that these guys all bring especially in tough times like right now.”

Carlos even helped get it finished a week earlier than scheduled and he helped me find a paintless dent guy for a couple other dings - very much appreciated that since he has better things to do, and it wasn’t part of their scope of work. “We have been dealing with an annoying problem with a (new) tire on our new car and have had to put air in the tire every two weeks. Called Tire Kingdom this morning and they took a look at it and found a nail very deeply imbedded in it. I waited less than an hour in their comfortable waiting room and now it is fixed!
