“I've had few cars repaired of past 25 year all over coast. I'm usually a DIY person but I know my limits and know when I need to take my car to repair shop. Carters auto repair are few and far between. there is not many high quality and honest repair men anymore left out there. I've worked in service industry for 30+ years and this shop is A+ , 5 Star , Premium. I have been all shops in Nassau County and they all want to pick and choose the easy repair work and say it will be 2 to 4 weeks for repairs because they don't want to do the work or give a outlandish Price $$$$$. Great Customer service Old Style. which no longer exist in this fast paced society we live in today. Well worth the money even if you pay a little extra.!!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“I definitely will not use anyone else except Buddy's Auto. I had taken my daughter's BMW to a shop on the island that was suppose to be reputable, however, after spending a considerable amount of time and money the issue had not been fixed. They actually had done more damage to the car. Davey at Buddy's Auto meticulously went through the mechanics of the car until he was satisfied he had pinpointed the issue and kept me informed throughout the process. Do not take your car anywhere else!”

“Started to drive to the store when my tire light said the left rear pressure in the tire was 16lbs. I stopped and added air, then called Mavis. Max asked me to come in at 3pm as it was a Saturday and they were booked. I arrived at 3pm and in less than an hour my tire had been patched and I was on my way. Great Service!”

“We came in today with a small problem - we had an RV tire that needed a new stem. They assured us they had the correct materials and could get it taken care of in a timely manner. So, we dropped it off. When we came by about 2 hours later it was finished and ready to go exactly as promised. The price was unbelievably low. They took care of our problem with no fuss and no muss in a very professional manner. I wish all places were like this. So, if you need something with your tires or your car fixed I suggest you give them a shot at it. Two ??”

Unfortunately my mom was in the hospital, her car was wrecked the day prior and our one remaining family car had a flat tire and was keeping us from getting to the hospital to visit her.They gentleman opened up the shop 10-15 minutes early and worked to find the leak and sealed it promptly without a single ounce of hesitation.Thank you for fixing our tire but also giving us the gift of stress relief during this stressful time. “My car died in the parking lot across the street from Paul Clark Ford they sent a guy over to jump my vehicle I required they check it out as not to happen again they started working on my vehicle immediately finding out I had a bad battery and replaced it. Everyone I spoke with at the quick lane were friendly and working hard I got out of there in about an hour. If I have a concern I think the battery price is a little to high but now a days what isn’t”

“Recently, I decided to purchase a used Buick Encore with the idea that if I had any issues with it, there would be a dealer very close by to work on it. Well, low and behold, I recently noticed a small leak under the car. I made an appointment online, dropped off the vehicle at 8AM. The best part was that they had a shuttle waiting for me to take me home while they worked on it. They needed to keep it overnight for a part, but, next day, they called immediately to inform me it was done and ready for pickup. Best part is that they had a shuttle dispatched to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up. Wonderful, easy, no nonsense service! A+++”
