Awful customer service. Horrible connectivity. They get away with it because they have a monopoly in my area. The minute a new company comes in, I'm jumping ship. Average wait time for somebody to answer the phone is around 40 min.

Just upgraded internet service to high speed fiber Today and Jeff the technician was great. The television and telephone service is not cost effective or affordable.
