“My Wife, Mother-in-law, and daughter were traveling from Lake City to Daytona for a gymnastics comp when it began to rain and one of the wiper blades that we had replaced the day before by a tire shop came completely off. Called the store explained the situation to "Paul" and he said he would have a set of blades pulled and waiting for their arrival. Less than 5 minutes after their arrival he had put the new set on and they were back on the road. Thank you Paul from one man to another!”

“Back ground story is ……….since I know Florida hot weather eats car batteries sometimes in only 3.5 years & my battery is over 5 .5 years, I decided to seek help at this Advance Auto where my existing battery was purchased, for having my battery tested as preventative maintenance.
I was experiencing some unexplained intermittent electronic glitches for weeks with opening my rear hatch, but only just after market shopping for two hours when it was locked, after the car sat for a week and one half, then starting my car and only driving 3 miles to that market. If I drove longer periods to stores all seemed fine. I did not relate my issues and just simply inquired about whether Advance still sold the same batteries and had fresh new 24F-AGM batteries in stock for my vehicle, with a younger very polite and professional sales person named Daniel and also whether they still did battery tests.
He thoroughly answered my questions about the batteries in stock, and that of course he would want to do a test first and be glad to do that testing for me. Since it was about almost 100 degrees out in full sun I offered to pull the car into a shaded spot but he insisted it was no issue they did this all the time.
Bottom line I saw the before and after tests on the instrument. The battery was still good for being a 5.5 years old but was showing its age in all testing where the new one exceeded its specifications.
As I thanked Daniel and explained to his Manager named Dave, in Florida since 2014, it has been very difficult to find businesses with employees that exemplify Daniels work ethic , knowledge, professionalism in their tasks, and cordial courtesy towards customers! He kept refusing my offered tip which I hope was acceptable, but I insisted! Hope is still alive in The United States of America. And if you are a reader who understands “Semper Fi”, I’m vouching that you can put your trust in Daniel at Advance when you visit there.

“Needed service they offered to pick up and deliver my vehicle or come to me and service it. I had them come to me using their new mobile service. I was busy that day but they called to remind me I left my key inside the truck they did the needed work and sent the bill right to me on my phone where I paid. “Parts arrived on time. Packaged well Although the gasket set should have been shipped flat rather than bent to fit into the box. My two items were recievedun-damaged. Hopefully both items will fit the intended application as I won't be installing for about two months from now.I had replaced another order and it was received on time, however the shipping box was poorly taped closed. The tape was placed length wise along the bottom of the box rather than across and the tape did not seal the contents in the box. The small loosely packaged item fell out of the box upon delivery . I contacted Ground Up at first by phone, but no one ever answers thiet phone. I left a message and never received a call back. I was however able to contact via chat along with sending an email. Once my issue was addressed the missing parts from my order were replaced. I just think contacting Ground Up was a bit of a task as I wanted to speak directly with someone.With all said, I would still buy from Ground Up. My overall satisfaction still remains high”
