“Had a great experience. Went straight in and asked for their softest mattress. The sales person and manager were very knowledgeable in the features of the mattresses and help me to decipher my own needs. It’s a big decision when that mattress is what will determine your sleep. No pressure to buy but they invited me back as often as necessary until I made up my mind. I also have neck issues and I tried out a few pillows that they thought would be ideal. Really enjoyed the shopping experience.”
