“We stopped at 2 other bait stores for shiners, but neither had opened yet. When we first walked through the door, I even commented, “this place doesn’t sell live bait, I can’t smell them!” But I was wrong! This is the CLEANEST bait shop I’ve ever seen!

A customer was upset and being very confrontational, but the manager handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Instead of escalating the situation, he calmly opened another register to help the customer faster and kept the environment respectful for everyone else in line.

“I had such a great experience at The Golden Triangle in Coral Gables! The store has a unique and inviting atmosphere, with a beautiful selection of items that are both eclectic and high-quality. I came in looking for something special and left with two gorgeous perfume oils- the scents are incredible, and the price was surprisingly affordable for something so luxurious.
The cashier was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s always refreshing to shop somewhere that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you’re gift shopping or just want to treat yourself, this place is a total treasure. I’ll definitely be back!”
“I had a wonderful experience here today getting my mother a gift all because of veronica. She worked with me through the entire process of finding my mother something and then ultimately keeping it a secret so my mother can think you picked it up as a gift from another relative. You know how moms are they don't want their sons spending our money. Anyways, this store is always on point when it comes to things my mom loves and to have somebody who's as busy as Veronica have the time and delicacy to help me look and pick out different things really makes a difference. “I always find good customer service here- the ladies at the fitting rooms and very friendly, and the cashiers are quick and never make you wait too long in the lines. At other Ross stores, I've been in line for 30 minutes, so that's greatly appreciated.
They have big selection of men's clothes- especially going out shirts, which I've found great deals on over the years. Beauty section is usually stocked on all of my favorites. Also great markdowns on home decor products. Love my neighborhood Ross store!”
