“I had such a great experience at The Golden Triangle in Coral Gables! The store has a unique and inviting atmosphere, with a beautiful selection of items that are both eclectic and high-quality. I came in looking for something special and left with two gorgeous perfume oils- the scents are incredible, and the price was surprisingly affordable for something so luxurious.

The cashier was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s always refreshing to shop somewhere that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.

If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you’re gift shopping or just want to treat yourself, this place is a total treasure. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Huge store, products fairly organized considering it’s Ross, and the staff are quite pleasant. Clean bathroom was a big plus! From the signs in the changing rooms and the fact that they check your receipt upon exit, it’s clear that they’ve dealt with plenty of shoplifters, which is unfortunate. I really liked this Ross and I plan on returning”

“I am obsessed with this store. The furniture selection is unique, high quality, and beautifully curated. Most of their pieces come from Indonesia, and you can truly see the craftsmanship in every detail.

My sales associate was a lovely Brazilian lady who was kind, patient, and very helpful. I first ordered a sofa and a coffee table but decided to wait before buying more because I had read some negative reviews. I wanted to see the full experience for myself.

The delivery was fast and arrived exactly when promised. Once I received my first order, I went right back to the store and ordered the rest. I am so glad I did.

“This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing furniture. Quite possibly some of the best service overall, I’ve ever received from any company. I stopped in just to look at the show room and ended up furnishing most of my new condo in Brickell. Alain helped me and basically every need that I had he was able to meet. Even to the point of re-staining a piece of furniture I really wanted that wasn’t the right color. Everything was ready immediately and even down to the delivery. “I truly love this store and the wonderful selection they have for children — it's one of my favorite places to shop. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was let down by the customer service.

At checkout, my interior designer shared her discount code, a benefit offered to clients who use design services. Instead of processing it smoothly, the sales associate asked my designer to send a confirmation email — on a Sunday evening at 5 PM — which felt both awkward and unnecessary.

The checkout process was delayed significantly as a result. And when the associate explained the situation to her manager, it appeared that this extra requirement wasn't an actual store policy at all, but rather something she had created herself.

I hope this feedback helps improve the experience, because the store itself is wonderful and deserves a team that matches that standard.”
