“I just purchased my second car from Fort Lauderdale Collection South. I came across the dealership the first time browsing online for the car I was looking for and they had it in the spec I wanted. Buying an exotic online can be nerve wracking as you often don't know whom you're dealing with. Steve Goldstrom however is one of the good guys. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced and incredibly responsive. I would text questions at odd hours, not expecting an immediate response, but almost always would get a phone call right back. Plus, if you have a sense of humor at all, you will love dealing with Steve - he makes the whole experience a lot of fun!
When I was looking for my second car recently, coincidentally Steve had what I was looking for in the spec I wanted. That made my decision extremely easy as I knew it was going to be an immaculate low mileage car with no surprises and an easy, no hassle buying experience.
I live outside of the state of Florida, but we took care of all of the purchase paperwork with Nicole in advance of our trip to the showroom. “I will always have my car serviced at Wales. In September of 2024, my 2019 Mazda CX-9 lost its head gasket, so I brought it to Ben and the team at Wales to help me. I have used them in the past for oil changes and tires. Instead of giving me the bill for thousands of dollars in work for his shop, he checked and saw that my car, with 56K miles on it, was under warranty with Mazda. Others in this industry would have gone another way with that. He earned himself a $125 diagnostic fee, and a customer for life. I recommend him without reservation.”
