“i spoke to Kiani (i hope i spelt her name right) today 5/8 right before closing time and I am truly grateful that i have stopped by on my walk to learn more about Brightstar Credit Union. This walk in changed my life, perspective and impacted my goals.
As i walked in she gave me a warm smile and greeting. As told her about my credit situation and my goals and she kindly introduced and to me the best options to acheive them with BrightStar. I asked more about Brightstar’s credit cards and i liked how you get to put down how much money you want as credit. She did not hesitate to think about everything she said, she really knows the criteria spot on.
After having a God Willing and impactful conversation, i want to truly paise her for her hospitality, impressive skill sets in accounting, and drive for her future.

“It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. Ashley was successful In assisting in the cancellation along with aiding in the contact of our merchants. She is definitely a special individual and aided in the cancellation of all of our accounts. She is clearly a special person and helped us in definitely clearing this terrible mess that we were in. Thank you Ashley and please continue being that truly special individual that you are. “This is the PNC branch to go in Fort Lauderdale. Everyone is super friendly and helpful there, calls are answered in a timely manner, very well managed branch. I used to always go to the Andrew and Davie Blvd one, during the past 2 years, no one answered the call and the staff there appeared not happy to help you and the demonstrated very little interest in serving customers so I stop going there. less than 10 mins away, i am glad this one on Federal actually cares about customer satisfaction. I will continue to go to this one.”

“I've been a Regions Bank customer my entire life. Not only for my personal banking needs, but also for my business needs. My experience with this particular branch on Commercial Boulevard has consistently been positive. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I don’t understand how there could ever be a negative review. There is never a line in the drive through area nor in the lobby. At most there might be one other customer being taken care of. I’ve been to other banks that are just total chaos. This branch and bank are not like the others. This branch is a very nice, quiet location that is never busy. I also like the online banking system they have for customers.
Recently, I needed to replace my debit card urgently and could not wait for one to be mailed to me. The customer service employees advised me I could go to a branch in person. Much to my surprise I went to the branch on Friday and quickly obtained a replacement card, which was incredibly convenient.
The tellers are always helpful and go the extra mile to ensure my banking experience is smooth. The branch itself is always impeccably clean and well-maintained. I always feel at ease when visiting this branch, knowing that my banking needs will be addressed efficiently and professionally. It's just a welcoming and comfortable environment. Going there is always stress-free.

“I rarely have a need to go into the bank these days, but this location is always the most convenient. I have banked with Truist (BB & T) for decades! The wait times have always been reasonable and each employee seems very interested in providing good customer service.
This week I had to accomplish two transactions; cashing a check from another bank and obtaining printed bank statements for the past 6 months. Alexandra is the banker who took care of me; she had just come in the front door and immediately called me to the service window without a second of delay! After cashing the check without any issue/concerns; she suggested I take a seat while she printed the statements. I wasn't in a hurry at all, but I don't think it took her 3 minutes!! She even brought the copies out to me in the lobby waiting area rather than call me back up to her window and graciously asked me if I needed help with anything else. EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
