Other customers report that personalized attention is often not good, with staff sometimes being pushy or pestering. Frequently, assistance is very difficult to find; salespeople can seem elusive and are often only readily available for TVs and appliances, leaving customers interested in items like cameras or smart watches without help. I went in to buy a phone for my daughter and Stacey was able to direct me to the best deal for us. Her coworkers were also very friendly and helpful, helping her when she was unsure. Yaneisi was extremely helpful and very patient with me. Everything I needed to buy she helped me find it and find the best option for me personally. She truly does deserve a raise. Hopefully when I go back she’s there to help me out again
