Shuttle service never picked us up. We were not told to look for a shuttle with a different name on it. Ended up paying a service to bring us here after 2 hours of waiting at airport. Staff did not apologize or offer sympathy. Breakfast was incredible. Room was nice and tidy. Great distance to cruise port and airport.

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Where things fell apart was the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When we called we were told 40 minutes. After multiple calls, we finally got a shuttle after an hour and a half. If there was a walking path to the hotel, we could have walked faster.
