“Karina did all of the alterations for my two dresses for both my kids weddings and also did alterations for my daughter's bridal gown which really needed some adjustments and they were perfectly made. She was so accommodating and flexible and there was a bit of a time constraint and she took care of everything very timely. As you can see in the pictures, my daughter's dress was beautiful and perfectly fitted, and I would highly recommend her for any of your alterations.”

“Customer service called immeadietly after my order to inform me the item was sold out. Never before has a company done this with an online order for me. The refund was processed as I was on the phone and verified through my email. On top of that the gentleman said though they don’t have it in stock he will check tomorrow to see if the supplier has it and get back to me. In what could have been a nightmare situation this company went above and beyond the call of duty to show what a real business for the people does. Thank you for your great service.”

“Raven was a helpful sales associate. She made the experience great. We had a dinner last minute & needed a few outfits for my boyfriend for a nice dinner. We went home washed it & everything shrank even tho the items are pre shrunk. I followed washing directions & they shrank beyond repair. Went back to the store the following morning & the manager Suelana issued us a full refund. That is great customer service. Unfortunately we didn’t get to wear the outfit to dinner but we did get our refund. Thank you!”

“I bought the Men's Nylon Ultra Light Down Hooded Jacket (black) by Summit Edge for a reasonable price compared to another jacket I was considering to buy from Lacoste, a lightweight quilted down jacket, but I settled for this one because it was significantly less in $$$. At first, I was a little hesitant in buying something online without seeing it in-person first, however, I took a chance, then got it and it fits me perfectly. I absolutely love this jacket! I am very impressed by the style. It is so sexy and sophisticated that I can wear it in a lot of settings. Thanks to Shaceka, Lilliana, Kimberly and Byron I returned $60 worth of bad choices and left with $150 worth of great choices. I have been living in South Florida for 29 years and Im moving to Baltimore in 8 days. I went from having no winter clothes to being too cool for school with my 2 bid bags of FABULOUS.
