“Worst Buy - Not Best Buy. I showed up in person to buy four laptops for my kids and was told I am not allowed to buy the four laptops in-person. BUT, if I go back to my car in the parking lot and place an order for the four laptops and sit in the car for one hour, I can go back in the very store that said I was not allowed to buy four, and collect the four. If that doesn’t sound absolutely ridiculous then show me a better or worse example. No wonder the damn parking lot is empty. #sellyourstocks”

“I did a walk in for the Genius Bar and was lucky to get an appointment 2 hours later and I was assisted by Gregory. I had the absolute best experience with him assisting me. He calmly walked me through all possibilities for the reasons behind my screen flickering, did some troubleshooting, and when he found the cause, he walked me through all the options I had available and his personal advice. At no point did the appointment feel rushed or did I feel forced to buy something; he was so personable and it was a pleasure to walk away from the interaction without feeling dismissed. Jordan was very accommodating when she came home that's all she kept talking about how nice Jordan from Best buy was. I ended up not needing a laptop because it wasn't my style I was looking for something smaller so we went in there today. When we got there Jordan was there, do you remember my sister and assisted her with her return. Before returning the laptop he was trying his best to see if I wanted something else. “My business relies on a laptop and a phone. When the former crashed last month at a very inopportune moment, Dakota and Amy at Coastal Computer Systems were extremely responsive, found the unrepairable damage and gave stellar advice on a replacement. Dakota then somehow recovered all important data from a broken hard drive, transferred it to the new laptop and I was back in business. This is not the first time they have come to the rescue and I doubt it will be the last. I can't recommend their company more highly.
