“Kenyans knew I was having a bad day when I walked up ready for my check in (I as requested an early check). She got me upgraded to a room since my regular wasn’t ready and handled everything for me and it’s been a long time since a front desk was that pleasant to me. She made me like I had arrived at the right place and she was going to make my day better than it started”

“Great Hotel located directly adjacent to the beach. A very nice lobby with a tasteful decor. We also really Appreciated there being a Starbucks on the main level with a beautiful patio looking out at the water. The staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. Would visit again just for the beautiful sunsets.”

“I would first and foremost like to thank Matt for an amazing experience. He is probably one of the best and nicest hosts we have had. He texted me that morning to confirm check in. Everything was ready once we got there and he explained everything about the hotel. The hotel. Perfect quaint and reminders of old school charm. Perfect location at the end of strip so it wasn’t loud or crowded. The beach right across the street that had a play area for kids. They offered free chairs and beach gear. ( so sweet) parking is covered and right next to everything. The rooftop sitting area was beautiful and relaxing. The room was cute. Exactly like the pictures. They had real coffee mugs in the room. ( I don’t know why but that was super nice)extra shampoo, soap and toiletries. The bed was comfy and the air worked great. The shower was warm. But if you are looking for cute, relaxing, family friendly, great price, awesome people and attention to details. It’s Perfect. Thank you Matt!Rooms: Cute, clean, comfortable. Had everything needed.Safety: Had a locked gate at night and a code for the elevator after 9 pmWalkability: You don’t need a car or Ubers. Everything is nearbyNoteworthy details: Cutest Vintage motel with an amazing staff”

Nearby activities: You are across from the ocean, near excellent food and drinks, and easy access to stores and marina.
Walkability: Easy walking and safe.
Food and drinks: Eat dinner at the casablanca cafe! The breakfast at the Hilton was a 5 star with excellent service by Elvira!”

“It was my first time at this hotel, but it surely won't be the last. Nice staff, rich and varied breakfast. Best of all, free chairs, water and umbrellas for passengers.”
“We stayed here because it was the only hotel walkable to our meals host on Shabbat. The accommodations were comfortable and the service pleasant. The decor and general atmosphere however are quite odd and random. Sort of a low budget retro mashup. Not cushy or elegant retro however. It’s more like trying to be cool and stylish but doesn’t make it. Some aspects are a bit impractical (eg under bed drawers rather than a dresser).
None-the-less. The price and location were right and satisfied our needs.

“My wife and I stayed at the Sea Beach Plaza Hotel to celebrate my birthday and truly had a wonderful stay! The owners were so kind and helpful throughout our trip. The room was super clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were little details they did so well, from the free beach chair/umbrella rentals, to the daily coffee lounge! The pool was nice and clean. The location is phenomenal! Only a 3 minute walk to the beach across the street, and a 5 minute walk to the water taxi! Highly recommended! Only an 8 minute walk to the south end of Las Olas Boulevard where there is great restaurants and shopping! and there is a bus stop literally a minute walk from the hotel. If you have a bathroom with a window, I recommend cracking it and listening to the serene natural sounds. Great water pressure, comfortable bed. Very safe area. We walked everywhere to save money. They do a great job with the little things here. Great stay!Nearby activities: Beach, water taxi, Las OlasSafety: Safe area, no issues even at night”
“Lam has been such an exceptional guest services agent. When our flight was cancelled due to the nor’easter hitting Boston this afternoon he went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we were able to stay in our room an extra night (even though he did not have to).The outstanding kindness and accommodation of all staff has made a significant impact on our experience and we will absolutely be back!”

“Hotel is right off 95. Well maintained and very clean. The staff are great. We evacuated here from hurricane Milton and we were pleasantly surprised. There’s some fast food places and a grocery store near by.
Rooms: The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. It’s a good size mini fridge with a freezer and microwave. Would definitely stay here again.
There’s a great pool and a cute courtyard with animal statues. My granddaughters loved it. The staff are all pleasant and very helpful.
Food and drinks: Restaurant right on the premises. A continental breakfast provided with decent coffee and a nice variety of food.”

“Well located, right near the beach within a 2-minute walk, also offering less crowded and quite space. Spacious rooms, well-ventilated with ample natural light. It has an ice vending machine which is free and a soda vending machine. Good free breakfast with amazing hospitality from the guy who takes care of the food and cleanliness of the tables. I stayed here right after my cruise trip, and they do offer early check-in around 8 am for a small amount like $50. I wouldn't expect more than this for what I have paid. Not to forget the free coffee (24*7)”

“Taking time out to fill the survey means something. I was told when one person feels a certain way regarding business 100 people feel the same way. I never went on vacations growing up in fact, my first official vacation was in 2015. I can count on one hand how many vacations I’ve been on. I live in Florida and coming to this hotel in Fort Lauderdale is absolutely positively everything. I imagined a vacation to be. I’m sure there’s probably other nice hotels in Fort Lauderdale but I simply can’t imagine staying anywhere else coupled with my overall experience with this hotel. They made my weekend I seem to stay with them yearly. I can’t wait to do it again. ??Rooms: Rome were super clean super immaculate. I love the fact that I don’t have to bring shampoo, conditioner or soap or lotion often times those things aren’t good and Hotel these things were amazing.”

“Stuck me in a room with a 4 - 5 inch matress with some back killing springs at first but they made it right after I talked to the front desk about it. Unfortunately you have to use Valet which is pricy and the Valet service is slow. It took 30-45 mins to get my car which made me late to work 3 days in a row... they said they were busy delivering packages. I had called ahead of time too.”
“Luxury hotel, most rooms are suites. Great beach access. Nice pool. Super clean rooms. Get a room up high (we moved the 2nd night) or you hear the loud pool music that is on til midnight (though the pool and bar are closed). Quiet area otherwise. Half the rooms look at the Four Seasons but most have some sort of water view. Most of the rooms have a balcony. We had a nice kitchen in ours with a large bathroom and sitting area. Great place if you are there for several days. Valet parking was super quick with a really great staff (at $60 a day). Most of the staff were pleasant and efficient. Pool service was really good. The Asian restaurant was really good but skip the Italian one (horrible service and run-of-the-mill food). Resort fees included bike usage and a place at the beach (with chair service). The gym is nice and modern. The common area is a bit small if you are waiting for a room, etc. There's a small coffee shop with food-to-go but lacks the usual high end hotel shopping or offerings. There's not much nearby so we frequented the coffee shop. The other hotels nearby offer more food and car rental. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The suite made our experience a great one.”

“I like this hotel, I have been there since January and I feel at home. And these a very nice lady Katrina she s always there to help anybody and make sure we are ok. All the stuff are very nice and helpfulSafety: It is certain that you have no means that they are going to steal your expensive or your belongings.”
“Stayed here on night 3 after the hotel opened. Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff. For cruisers going to Port Everglades, I was told they have a complimentary shuttle to the port. We sailed out on Princess and the access to Terminal 2 was very easy to walk to - only a quarter of a mile walk (~400 meters) from the lobby to dropping off our suitcases at the terminal, going out the back of the hotel property. There are even accessibility ramps to get from the hotel level to the street level, so rolling the suitcases there was no problem! Accessing Terminal 4 for Disney cruises may be just a slightly longer walk. Highly recommend this hotel if you are sailing out from Port Everglades, especially if you’re sailing on Princess or Disney and you want a short walk to the terminal!”

“We spent a night at the end of February at Element Fort Lauderdale Downtown before embarking on a Disney cruise to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday. Prior to our arrival, I had a few requests, and I must commend Doris Cespedes for her promptness and accommodation—truly top-notch service!Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a delightful birthday surprise set up just for our daughter. The thoughtfulness of the staff made her day extra special. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere of the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the ambiance is simply beautiful. It was unfortunate that our stay was brief, as we only had a quick overnight before our cruise. However, we are already planning our return visit to fully enjoy the modern and clean facilities of this wonderful hotel.Thank you, Element Fort Lauderdale Downtown, for making our pre-cruise stay unforgettable. We can't wait to come back”

“My experience at the Four Seasons Spa in Fort Lauderdale was unforgettable. My massage was absolutely amazing—one of the most relaxing I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly pleasant, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
My facial? Easily in the top 3 of the best I’ve ever received. Every detail, from the products used to the care taken, made the experience exceptional. However, although the nail technician was an angel, I wasn’t too pleased with the service I received on my nails. Despite that, I recommend the spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. The cost of my spa day was up there but It’s certainly worth a visit!”

“While not fancy, this little hotel won a place in our hearts. It was immaculately clean, the staff went above and beyond, and the location made for the perfect beach vacation. A two minute walk to the beach, and dozens of bars and restaurants within a half mile made for easy walking to anything we wanted to do. The two bedroom apartment was an excellent value and very comfortable for 5 adults to share. If you want an excellent beach vacation on a reasonable budget this place is for you.Walkability: It's close to everything. The beach, restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere.Noteworthy details: They provided complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.”
“We had a wonderful stay. We did get there and the air was not working due to no batteries in the thermostat but a quick trip to the nearby Walgreens and problem was solved. Walking distance to the ocean, and right off of A1A. Far enough away from hotel row that college spring break didn't affect our stay at all. The beach was quiet and perfect. Condo was clean and even had an outside sitting area where we played cards one night.”
“Beach in sight, west of A1A, intercoastal option quieter whilst development continues to the South. Amazing buffet bfast, best on the beach.Rooms: I always ask for the Intracoastal as the 'sea view' comes with constant traffic heading south on A1A, rooms with an *11 come with wrap around balconies which amazingly catch both sunrise & sunset. Hi tech shower needs instructions & lighting if you linger, whilst info on TV is lacking detail, so why Pompano beach whilst Lauderdale by the Sea is nearer & quite stunning. Think the Tech Co. need to visit the location so they can fully 'deliver' !!Nearby activities: The b ach & Bonnet HouseWalkability: One building back from the sea & A1A (N&S), just behind Casablanca, the place to be 'seen'.Food & drinks: Though creeping up In price $23 b4 any tip is amazing value when considering ALL that is on offer. My choice,- fruit juice w a fruit platter & cheese- scrambled egg w smoked salmon & fruit tomato slices,- warm croissant w butter & syrup or jelly,- coffee, milk no sugarCan keep me comfortably entertained for 2hrs & outside will become more attractive once the mega building site is next door settles down ...”

“This is a little far from restaurants and shops, but it's quiet. Better suited for travelers with a car and without children. The rooms are awkwardly laid out with some very tight fits. Many rooms we saw were not handicap accessible and there is no elevator for higher floor rooms. It is really cool that you're surrounded by $200K sailboats and the pool is nice - but for adults, not children.”

“Absolutely loved everything about this place except for the pool area. The pool area needs some renovation it's not all that great but the rest of the place is awesome!
Rooms: We had an Oceanfront room with a big balcony absolutely gorgeous! Go big or go home!”
