“I had to stay overnight in Fort Lauderdale due to a flight cancellation and booked this hotel simply because it was the closest option with a shuttle. I went in with low expectations, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. The presentation and overall appearance exceeded my expectations.

The staff were especially kind and accommodating. A member of my party has mobility issues, and without us even asking, an employee personally wheeled her all the way to her room. That level of care and customer service made a lasting impression.

I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever find myself back in Fort Lauderdale, this will be my first choice.”

“After having a very hectic night, we arrived feeling exhausted and frustrated, but the staff completely changed the experience for us.

The gentleman working the front desk that night who checked us in was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient, professional, and welcoming after what had been a very stressful night. His attitude truly made a difference.

The next morning, Amber at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to extend our stay and made the entire process easy and welcoming.

I also want to give a special thank-you to Elcie, who is in charge of the continental breakfast. She was wonderful! The breakfast area was clean and well maintained, and she made sure everything was taken care of. Her friendly attitude and attention to the guests really stood out.

I also want to mention how clean our room was. As I was walking out of our room, I actually saw the housekeeping staff changing the bed covers and pillowcases. Seeing that personally gave me even more confidence that cleanliness and proper housekeeping are taken seriously here.

The area is also very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby.

Most importantly, I want to recognize the staff who made our stay better. The gentleman who checked us in, Amber, and Elcie truly went above and beyond. Great customer service can completely change someone’s experience, and these employees definitely deserve recognition.

“This hotel is amazing, great location, shops, restaurants walking distance, the overall ambiance is superb. When I travel to Florida this location is a must stay. The staff has always been welcoming and professional. From the front desk to the room attendant. Clean rooms, lots of amenities on site. Honestly I've never had a bad experience here.”

“1st room had cockroaches. The receptionist immediately changed my room and upgraded to a 1 bedroom. No issues with that room. The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and shops.”

“Just stayed at this establishment from June 1 2026 - June 5 2026 and I have to say it was one of the best stays we have ever had. Rooms were clean. Staff were absolutely amazing. Some of the friendliest people. Every manager we came across went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They have a welcome get together that was excellent. Amazing breakfast. “About 10 mins from FLL. They offer a free shuttle for there and back. Room was great for up to 6, spacious! Front desk was nice! They offer better pricing for before/after stay than airport garage pricing! Recommend and will stay again!”

“I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made it comfortable to relax after a long day of travel. One of the highlights was the shuttle service—there was a bus already waiting at the airport when we arrived, so we didn’t have to wait at all. It made the whole arrival process smooth and stress-free.
The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Their warm attitude made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

“I honestly never write reviews, but I felt like I had to say something about Kelly because she was absolutely amazing. From the moment my family and I walked in, she greeted us with the biggest, warmest smile and made us feel welcome. We had already been dealing with a lot before and during check-in, so having someone genuinely kind and welcoming made a huge difference. She checked us into our room and was helpful every time we needed something. Our stay honestly came with quite a few issues. We waited almost four hours to check in (even though we paid for early check in), didn’t have a key card to get in and out of the room, had no towels, and unfortunately witnessed some things on the property that made us uncomfortable. Every time we called the front desk or went downstairs, Kelly did her best to help us. What stood out the most was that no matter how many problems came her way, she still had a smile on her face and treated us with patience and respect. She never made us feel like we were bothering her, and that meant a lot to my family. The hotel itself definitely had room for improvement, but Kelly’s customer service was honestly top tier. She was the bright spot in what could have been a really frustrating stay, and I truly hope her management recognizes that. We had an earlier interaction with another young woman when we paid for an early check-in, and unfortunately, the attitude, facial expressions and unwillingness to help, we received were completely different. I’m not saying this to put anyone down, but I do think there’s a lot that could be learned from Kelly. She showed that even when things aren’t going right, you can still treat people with kindness, patience, and respect. Kelly, thank you for making our stay a little easier you were truly appreciated.”
