“The rarest thing to find these days is a person that treats their job as if they owned the place. Riko did just that. I had called a UPS store in Plantation very close to us because they claimed to have a notary. The lady that answered told me no, then when I questioned her she said oh yeah we do but he won't be here until after 5. So I googled and found this store. I called ahead and was told by Riko that he is a notary and would be there. The only thing that makes this a big deal is we needed a notary for my 97 year old mother. Just leaving the house for her is stressful, never mind a car trip and a walk into a shopping center. When we got there I stood in line and watched Riko handle every customer with speed and kindness. I told him my situation and was offered a chair and a little desk for her to sit once we got her inside. Once inside, he processed at least 5 customers in less than 5 minutes so he could get to her. My husband and I have owned a pizza place in Plantation for 40 years and I can tell you the current work force is tough. If we had 5 Rikos we could replace 10 people! Not just for his efficiency but for his overall attitude toward his customers. My only hope is that Riko receives the appreciation as an employee that he deserves. He truly represents your brand.”

“Came to this UPS to ship out some heavy equipment for my business. They were very professional and helpful. They even helped me pack the box. They showed me how to have access to my commercial account so I can print the label and they walk me through step-by-step. Even helped me charge my phone, awesome Customer service 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend!!!”
