I spoke with Ingrid and explained what I needed. She checked if they had what I needed and she said they had it in stock.
When I got there I met Ingrid and her boss and they went out of their way to insure I had everything I needed.
They saved our vacation as I would have been unable to use my CPAP for 2 weeks. That would have been a real disaster and not good for my health.

“I called this place in desperation not knowing if they rented to individuals or just sold. They are profesional, kind and they do their utmost best to help you with what you need. The owner was very kind and sent over a brand new … top of the line medical chair ASAP after I explained how another company left me stuck with a disgusting broken chair. Thank you for helping me so quickly… and the installer arrived in a nice truck, presentable.. polite … everything was professional. Best of the Best!”
“I needed a wheelchair and one day later a high quality chair was delivered. The entire process was one of the smoothest processes I’ve encountered! I must acknowledge the two people who both went above and beyond to assist me. First we spoke with Sashra. She made sure my insurance was taken care of , not an easy task, and arranged for a special chair to be delivered. She was knowledgeable and she cared very much about getting my needs taken care of.
The next person I had the pleasure of meeting was Tray . Tray showed up early with the delivery. He was patient, kind and friendly. He knew everything about the equipment and he took his time teaching my husband and myself how to use the chair.
