Metro by T-Mobile provides great and helpful customer service. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and has a nice personality, with a very positive owner. They are transparent and give good advice to help save money. The visit was pleasant for taking care of business. A concern was noted that an employee was alone in the store at night, which felt unsafe.
I went to change my phone and, was this girl behind the desk, nice, polite and very knowledgeable. She helped me from the beginning to the end. The store is clean and organized. Thank you . Love my gifts.
