“Just wanted to thank Stan of the Boost Mobile Store for helping me transitioning my mobile service from Xfinity to Boost Mobile yesterday. There were several technical issues unrelated to the service but despie that he was a pleasure to deal with and stayed on the phone with Boost customer service and escalated the matter until resolved. He was calm, professional and very kind. I am very happy about the change, not just because of the better rates and plan but because Stan made it possible, as probably most people would not have been as effective and professional as he was and I would have left the store.”

These guys took my phone and got it straightened out like there was nothing to it. Being old, cranky and illiterate to cellphones, they straightened out my problem & gave me an education. “I broke the screen on my new cell phone. I went there to ask if it could be fixed and they said yes. They had to order a new screen and he said the deliveries came in Tues and Wed and he would fix it while I waited. True to his word the part came in on tue and even though there were a steady customer coming in he had it fixed. With in a hour. Very happy that they could fix it instead of replacing . The staff were very nice and helpful. I will use them for all my electrinic devices as needed . It's good to know that they can fix phones and laptops . Very happy customer .”

“I went here yesterday to replace the glass screen on an iphone. I was transporting someone who had mental health challenges and had been deemed missing for 34 days. It was on the news. Not only did they quickly, like really quickly help us - but they charged her phone for her and made sure it was working. They charged me $80 and I felt that was a fair price. They also were patient with her and I , and I extra appreciate this. I was in and out and her phone is working fine today. I was pleased.”
