“It's cut and dry, you need a truck and they have every kind. No need to ask of they have this or that size, they do. The return area could be a little nicer but you aren't going to a valet you're dropping off a truck when you're so tired you don't wanna talk anyway.”

“It was easy to locate the shuttle service at the airport to NextCar. Customer service was excellent at the counter, especially because it was a holiday weekend. No issues with car and the return was easy. Thank you for making this rental simple.”
“Not sure where all the negative post are coming from! This place was by far the most professional establishment I have ever don't business with! Was I sitting at the airport with no directions or instructions? (YEAH) Did they finally send a shuttle to pick me up with a rude and aggressive driver?? (YEAH) Once I got to the property was the lady behind the desk being rude to the customer in front of me because she couldn't find her booking confirmation??? (YEAH) And am I still waiting on a $500 deposit to be sent back to me even though its been 21 days after renting the car??? (YEAH) So there you have it, the cold hard truth about this place. Not one surprise for the price I paid for the rental! Moral of the story if you're willing to pay $5/day for a rental just know it comes with some BS!”
