“The customer service at this location was second to none. Butter smooth process in-and-out in under 30 minutes. Overall a model experience in thought customer experience design and care. Bravo Zulu! Simply Outstanding.”
“Received a call directly from corporate to finalize my reservation. Everything was smooth and they were able to use my current information from another unit I have at the facility. Process took less than 5 minutes. The facility in Fort Lauderdale is by far the best and most convenient with the units being delivered to ground floor.”
“Another awesome experience at Budget on N Federal Hwy. The site closes at 2pm. I called Ryan to let him know that I would be arriving late to pickup, which meant I would arrive at closing time. He had everything ready for me when I arrived. The team at this site always give me a great experience!!”

“From start to finish, these guys have been great. Bought many machines from them for over 10 years now from Wiggins and Taylor marina trucks to toyota yard trucks. They stand by their product and always take good care of their customers. Highly Recommend!”

“Thank you Heather, David Frank and Jason! Just wonderful people! Will recommend for any Cummins related issue. Service like such doesn't exist no more. They accommodated me and my family. Thanks so much”
“Excellent experience , the truck was very clean and like new. Mario at the desk made it so easy and quick. The return was a pleasure Jeannene was also great and efficient. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone .
Thank You Again”
“Just received literally the BEST customer service ever from Ms.Sharon!! If you need to move out of town asap and don’t want to spend soo much money or wait forever for a available truck like uhual then definitely come to Budget Truck Rental!!!!”
“It's cut and dry, you need a truck and they have every kind. No need to ask of they have this or that size, they do. The return area could be a little nicer but you aren't going to a valet you're dropping off a truck when you're so tired you don't wanna talk anyway.”
“The lady at the desk was absolutely AMAZING! Personable, informative, polite, professional, helpful, efficient. Just a delight to see this kind of customer service.”
“Not sure where all the negative post are coming from! This place was by far the most professional establishment I have ever don't business with! Was I sitting at the airport with no directions or instructions? (YEAH) Did they finally send a shuttle to pick me up with a rude and aggressive driver?? (YEAH) Once I got to the property was the lady behind the desk being rude to the customer in front of me because she couldn't find her booking confirmation??? (YEAH) And am I still waiting on a $500 deposit to be sent back to me even though its been 21 days after renting the car??? (YEAH) So there you have it, the cold hard truth about this place. Not one surprise for the price I paid for the rental! Moral of the story if you're willing to pay $5/day for a rental just know it comes with some BS!”

“It was easy to locate the shuttle service at the airport to NextCar. Customer service was excellent at the counter, especially because it was a holiday weekend. No issues with car and the return was easy. Thank you for making this rental simple.”

“Tanisha was a great help from the start. She clarified some questions I had, immediately after placing the order. As well as follow up questions I had the day of the pick up. She guided me into a business rental vs personal rental. Showing me the better protection by with insurance and towing, as I was towing with the truck. I will be renting again!”
