“I have never had an issue with this store location on Andrew's avenue near Cypress Creek. The staff have always been courteous to me. I often wonder when people give poor ratings if they ever think that they are dealing with a real person who might be going through some bad times? Everyone in today's world expects everybody else to be perfect. Some people forget that when they're pointing a finger at someone else that they have three pointing back at themselves. I always try to find what my part was in that situation whether it's good or bad.
However, as other customers have said this location has always been clean, inviting and welcoming. Only one time did I have to purchase a box to ship my item back which was unexpected. I'm not sure if that was legit or just a sales pitch. However it was only a few bucks. Other times I walk in with a QR code, it's scanned and taken off my hands. Even when I don't have the tape to close a package or a box, the staff are always willing to do that for me. So again although it's in a busy place I have never had an issue with any of their staff. And I do return quite a bit of stuff from Amazon, Overstock in bed bath & beyond.

“How refreshing it is to go to a business and find that they really know what they are doing. In my case Laurie immediately solved a label problem I was having with a UPS package return. Bonus, I had another package to ship and was impressed with how knowledgeable she was on rates. She shopped various carrier and category rates and actually saved me $10.00 shipping on just one package by asking me just a few questions. Most times employees will just weigh or measure the package and apply the general higher rate. These two acts of personal and professional attention to the details makes all the difference in the world. Business World at 1323 SE 17th St. just earned my "preferred go to shipping experts" title. “This FedEx OnSite is located inside an OfficeMax. I drove past it because I was expecting to see a small storefront or some acknowledgment that a FedEx location was there. However, I remembered years ago, at another location, I found it located inside an OfficeMax. Once inside the store, the signs are highly visible for FedEx services. Very clean operation due to the same OfficeMax personnel who handles all transactions.”
