“First time a touch free car wash has ever gotten my vehicle clean. Aside from some love bugs on bumper which I will gladly manually wash before the tunnel as the rest of the vehicle came out great. Spotless rinse was actually damn near spotless. So good I signed up for the monthly plan.”

“Very clean car wash bays with options for foam brush, high pressure hose, and high pressure air drying wand. The bays were clean, and they do take credit cards. The price is fair. I was able to soap up my Jeep and rinse it for a little of $4.00. There are plenty of vaccum stations on both sides of the car wash bays.
At the end of the bays is a car wash that you can drive through and let the automatic carwash system clean your car.
I am very pleased with this stop. No one tried to panhandle me as indicated with other reviewers.”

“Easy to use, self service or automatic washes. Vacuums and carpet shampooer as well. Moderately priced. About 25 cents for 15-20 seconds on the manual wash. 2 dollars gets you 2 minutes roughly.”

“I use the Six Mile Cypress location and have the monthly subscription. It is great, although I agree with a previous poster that the wheels are terrible. I asked one of the fellows there if he would just brush those wheels with the soap brush (as they do with the front and rear bumpers) prior to entering the automation and he said he was not allowed by the management. If this is true, it seems silly, and if it isn't true, FIX IT.”

Recently I noticed that the level of service had dropped. It was taking longer to get my truck washed and they were severely understaffed. I reached out to higher level managers/owners in the company. AND BOY DID THEY RESPOND!!!!
Such a refreshing experience to collaborate with a company that listens and acts quickly and completely. In less than a week they had a high-level manager on site working with existing employees and bringing more new ones on. How is that for listening to the customer?
The difference was like night and day. And keep in mind they were doing very well and then seemed to veer, off course a bit. But now, they are on fire and doing great work.
I NOTICED THEY HAVE A MANAGER Tristen Ramos working the intake area where they do the vacuuming and prep for the wash. He is an example of an outstanding and eager to please person as he asked me a couple of times, was there anything he could do for me extra. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back. He was working his area making sure things were moving and his team was operating at 100%.
When they show they care and want to make it right, people like Delia, Tristen and Miguel are standouts.
MY PREVIOUS REVIEW
I am very particular about car washing services as I used to have a large detail business in Chicago. My brand-new Orange TACO is something I take care of judiciously. Most monthly carwash programs are eh :( because you still must wipe down the car yourself and clean the inside.
With Eager Beaver (I am on their monthly program)
They do interior vacuum/ wipe it down.
They wipe the car dry.
They clean the glass inside and out.
They dress the tires and make sure the wheels are clean.
They go around and multiple workers continue to make sure they did not miss anything.
After 4 visits I AM SOLD ON THEM!!!!
Delia Rodriguez was perhaps the biggest surprise as the first couple of times after walking around my vehicle she came over, gave me her card and said any problems see her, and the next time I am in with my dirty pickup she will make sure they do a better prep before the wash. You cannot argue with that type of service. And she continues to say hi to me every time I come in. She is super and if you do not know her, get to know her. SHE CARES!
I know sometimes it is a good experience and sometimes it can be not so good. If you are not happy seek her or Miguel, another customer service focused employee. They are there to make us happy customers, so always give them a chance to fix it.
But for me, Delia, and the work her team does, is 5 out of 5 stars from me.
They earned it and will have me as a customer for a long time.”
“Polite and a good wash. Thought the hoses were to short on the vacuums, but they were plenty long enough! The team just takes time to neatly coil the hoses so they aren’t laying all over the parking lot like some other locations. I had cancelled my membership because of a location closer to my house, but this one earned it back. Well done Brandon and team.”
“I like that they don't have the traditional track when you pull in it's more like a conveyor belt and you don't have to worry about fitting in the track.”

“It’s next door to the Super Max laundromat but Goggle Maps thinks it is located in the same spot as the laundromat. It is close but it is front of the Hampton Inn
I used the automated car wash and it’s super fast and it did a reasonable job. Nearly all automated car washes leave the back area a bit lacking. The drying vents were okay BUT if you wanted to wash your car in their other stalls their air dryer vents are stellar to get the done job.”
