“I switched to ATT and ordered a new phone and accessories which I opted to pick up at the store. There was some difficulty with switching my sim over. The person on the other end who was supposed to be activating the service of the phone was trying to cancel the online sale somehow and resell it for his own commission. But the in store sales reps that helped me, mainly Ashlee (with help from Abraham) were extremely persistent and knowledgeable and sincerely went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed properly. I can’t say enough about these two employees! I’m very satisfied with my experience. ATT you need to check up on your shady activation department. This could’ve been a nightmare if Ashlee and Abraham weren’t bright enough to figure out what was going on.”

“Going to cellphone stores is one of my least favorite things but this store is different. Coleman knows his products and got me in and out of his store in a few minutes with exactly what I needed. Another thing I noticed while there was how happy and satisfied the other customers were who were also working with him and his staff. It was just bizarre but in a good way lol.”

“This is the BEST Target in the Fort Myers area (and I've been to all of them haha). It's huge, has a wide selection of items, and has a lot of clearance items. The best part is that it's not overwhelming either. It's rarely very busy, and the staff have been nice each time I've been. If you want to take a leisurely stroll in a nice, clean Target, sip your Starbucks drink, and grab some clearance items, this is your Target. Check it out!”

“I enjoy this Target better than the others in Fort Myers. They recently "remodeled". It looks better than before, but the checkout area still needs some help. This target is usually better stocked than the one at gulf coast. Always a good idea to check if the item is in stock on the app before going anyways. They also do a much better job of having clean shopping carts available than the others.”

Michel runs an excellent team because of his relationships and experience. He helped me solve some unusual challenges and gave me a great deal on my plan! He sent Daniel to assist me in other matters which I greatly appreciate but it was Daisy who helped me with the process from signup to phone delivery. I felt she went above and beyond for me so thank you. I highly recommend visiting their T-Mobile store or their kiosk at Fort Myers Costco.”

We covered ALL the current promotions and he was never pushy. Honestly, if it wasn’t for all of this, I’m not sure that I would have switched from my phone provider that I’ve had since 1984. It is comforting to know that if I ever need assistance or have questions about my phone or service he is just a phone call away or a quick stop into Costco. No long wait times holding on the phone just a real live person with answers! :)”

(ONLY CORP STORES)...and I must say I love the feeling and warmth I get in thier Estero Florida store~A special shout out to Anne, (mgr) who was extremely patient with me amist some rude customer, she handled it like a pro!~She spent so much time with me and kept looking for solutions for an android change I was making. And, all the while we told stories and laughed. Great experience,...but I can NOT exclude Sarah! She is adorable, knows her Stuff well and was so helpful. People seem to gravitate towards her. “I have always been a die-hard Walmart fan, but this Target may have me switching teams. Compared to the local Walmarts in the area (the one on 41 and Immokalee being the most depressing), this Target is bright, modern, and flawlessly immaculate everywhere I look. The market area has fresh fruit and vegetables for days along with an impressive charcuterie, deli, and in-house prepared dessert offerings. Walmart may have a wider seafood selection, but I'll gladly give up my stuffed clams for a more pleasant shopping experience. The grocery area is vast and has everything one might need but, oddly, lacks anchovies- or maybe I just couldn't find them... Great pet food department and fun holiday department in the back if you have a second to breeze through. I have yet to explore the Men's clothing department- possibly programmed to avoid after Walmart's? The home decor department is very nice but not nearly as fun as treasure hunting in Homegoods! Sadly, I had to deduct one star because there is no garden center- a crucial element to a five star shopping experience- I mean, what shopping trip is complete without ducking into the garden center and finding an awesomely priced plant to add to your garden? I would like to give a huge shoutout to cashier, SHELLY. She was an absolute delight and made my shopping experience one to treasure and, hopefully to repeat, week after week. Thanks, Shelly! I am sure Target is proud to have you representing their forefront.”
