“I was out of town, stopped in about 30 mins before they closed. The girl working was very polite and helpful. I explained my phone was having a service issue. She tested some things on the phone adn said its probably your Sim card is bad. It could be your phone but you'll have to buy a new Sim card and well try that. when she removed the old one she said wow I'm surprised your phone even worked . She explained why . And said oh yep it's the Sim card. She replace the card and in less than 10 mins I had my service working.she went into detail as to why and we were both laughing as to how old the card was. Best guess 8 year old card. And it made sense.Life saver as I was catching a flight in the morning . So a big thanks to her for getting my service up and going !!”
