“My experience with Extra Space and particularly with Luvonney Rodriguez has been very positive.
I had trouble getting the title to my new trailer changed so I could give her current registration. While NO fault of Luvonney, (she was following the rules) it was a problem for me. While she did not bend the rules for me, she was very calm, kind and understanding of my situation. She handled everything with a high degree of professionalism, and that is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend Extra Space and in particular the location on Cypress Lakes in Fort Myers!”

It was safe and Maggie Gonazales was great getting everything in order for us, from making reservations to putting gate app on phone for us. Greeted me with a friendly smile and sent me a text confirming my unit#, pass key and phone# when I arrived. My items in the storage unit were great. Nice facility! Clean”

Nicole happened to be on-site and even though off duty, she helped us complete our rental and even showed us how to get in and where our storage locker was.
