She had me signed up within five minutes and I have never seen such a impressive team in all my experiencing operations places clean. “My experience with Extra Space and particularly with Luvonney Rodriguez has been very positive.
I had trouble getting the title to my new trailer changed so I could give her current registration. While NO fault of Luvonney, (she was following the rules) it was a problem for me. While she did not bend the rules for me, she was very calm, kind and understanding of my situation. She handled everything with a high degree of professionalism, and that is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend Extra Space and in particular the location on Cypress Lakes in Fort Myers!”

I chose the wrong size unit for a Golf Cart and they immediately tried finding one that would work . Normally they do not go the extra mile because of the paperwork . “CubeSmart genuinely saved the day, we urgently needed to rent storage space. In under 20 minutes we had a rental agreement signed online and access to our unit, including a map emailed to us to help assist us in finding our unit. A few hours later, the manager called to make sure we were able to get into the unit okay, and wanted to welcome us. The property was easy to access, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We really appreciate how easy this process was!”

Automated security gate has been out of service since Hurricane Ian with no timetable for its return that compromises one layer of protection against theft and/or vandalism.”
