About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental is located at Entrance F of the Edison Mall, between what used to be JC Penney’s and Dillard’s. It is a corporate store with clean cars inside and out and a clean office. The rental prices are reasonable, very affordable, and slightly lower, though their fees are higher. Customers are advised to check the all-inclusive price before booking. Service experiences vary. Some employees provide amazing and joyful service, while others have an unsmiling and very unpleasant demeanor. The location can be a little hard to find and is confusing, as it is in a mall and more of a hub location rather than a full-service one. Occasionally, customers may receive a free upgrade. However, some report receiving a bill for highway tolls with a high convenience fee tacked on a week later. Despite some drawbacks, many customers would definitely rent from them again.

So many bad reviews. I understand this location may be confusing and unlike other locations, this one is in a mall. But Katie was absolutely a joy to work with when I dropped off. I think the expectation is that this is a full service location when actually it is more of a hub location. I had nothing but amazing service.
