Budget Car Rental

Car Rental
Hours: Budget Car Rental receives mixed reviews from customers, with experiences varying greatly by location and individual staff members. Several customers report very positive interactions, describing service as very nice, professional, calm, and attentive. Specific employees are praised for going above and beyond their responsibility, helping to sort out problems seamlessly and with a smile, even when busy. These staff members are noted for being pleasant and wanting customers to be happy without giving them any grief. Some locations provide easy, quick, and formidable pick-up and return processes with confirmation calls and cars ready to go. However, other customers report negative experiences, labeling service as the worse and less sensible. Issues include employees not helping with extra charges deemed out of a customer's control, leading to significantly higher fees. Service at some locations, including airport counters, is described as average at best, with problems like not having the reserved car category available. These inconsistent experiences make some customers nervous, and at least one reviewer states they will never use or recommend the company again. Overall, while many find very good prices and smooth, hitch-free rentals, the company's service quality appears highly dependent on the specific personnel encountered.
