I worked with Brandon. I got a really good deal on a floor model mattress - site unseen when it got to me it was damaged. Instead of trying to stick me with it they upgraded me at no extra cost and a 12 hour turnaround. I was extremely impressed with the customer service.

I ordered a frame for my bed, and when I got it set up in my home I liked it ten times more than in the store! The installers were punctual, polite and professional! Hats off to City Mattress!
