“Wonderful shop! Been a semi regular there for years. It is a high end consignment shop. Which I appreciate, high end designer clothing at a discount. Some think it's not discounted enough, although if you were buying the same labels new, you would know what a bargain the prices are. Staff, very nice, helpful if needed but don't hover while shopping. I also appreciate that, I never leave empty handed loving my purchases. Thank you!”

Higher prices than expected, but the selection, quality and relevance of the clothing is great -so there's no sifting thru crap from the 80s and 90s to find that 1 current gem. So totally worth the higher price per item IMHO.
Staff was neither friendly, not rude. They stand at cash and ring up what you find. No friendliness or smiles, but not rude either.
The store is well organized and laid out, clean, and doesn't smell the way second hand clothing stores smell.
I will absolutely be a regular customer.”

“Hate to give it less than 4 stars because of one employee! She wasn't rude but definitely not friendly and always finds a way to do less work! If she's there, very little gets bought! And i can say that because brought stuff in 1 day w/her there, 3 of 20 things bought. Very next day brought in the same stuff, 12 more bought!! Hmm... Could be employee taste but it should be designer name, quality, Plato's current inventory... not I'm not feeling it today 😕 Other than that, love the store!!”
