Can't see what on the shelfs too many yellow tags gives me a headache

Self checkout and empty store early in the morning. Needed help with OTC items. Will return later or use online ordering. My health plan obligates members use CVS. New pharmacy hours posted. My wife prefers the competitor across the parkway.
