Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers provides vehicle rentals for customers whose cars are in the shop, for errands, or for getaways. Many reviews describe positive and smooth experiences, noting the staff as professional, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and efficient. Customers report easy, stress-free, quick, and pleasant rentals, with clean vehicles ready to go and staff willing to assist with early pickups or later drop-offs. The quality of vehicles is called exceptional and excellent. However, significant issues are reported with the reservation system. Multiple customers detailed instances where, despite booking weeks in advance and confirming, no vehicle was available upon arrival. This over-promising and under-delivering left customers upset and stranded, with staff having no suitable alternatives. While the local staff received praise for their apologetic demeanor and for working hard to find solutions, the failure to follow through on promised callbacks and reservations is a noted drawback. The experience is mixed, reliant on both the helpful local staff and the unreliable corporate reservation system.
