“Trader Joe's is a fantastic store.
We moved to Fort Myers from Israel recently and were told to go to TJ to find Kosher meat and more. We are glad we found the store; Kosher stuff is always available. Moreover, the stock of fruits and vegetables is remarkable!”
“Stopped in today for the first time, very impressive. Large meat counter. I didn’t see any brisket, so I told the butcher I will need about four pounds in a couple weeks. He said they usually have brisket in the back and he suggested to call the day before. Excellent service, highly recommend”
“There is a smiling fun loving cashier at this Publix! Her name is Kim, When I come in after work, it's late in her shift ( an hour before closing) ! You would never know it, She remembers My name, says Hello and ALWAYS gives Me the correct change and gets My order right! Store is always clean ,always a good experience!”
“Just wanted to give a shout out to this store. My wife and I popped in at 3:30 today. I immediately mentioned to my girl how nicely the cart rolls as opposed to other businesses. We made our way around the store with ease because everything was presented very well. When it came time to check out the line wasn't bad at all plenty were open. We had a fairly large amount in our cart as the cashier was ringing us up. The assistant customer service manager jumped in to bag! I excused myself to go to go check my lottery numbers. As I'm scanning them I see a Young man working behind the counter raise his voice slightly to a very senior citizen walking away saying sir you won $20 on this ticket. The Ole timer smiled and sheepishly said thank you I didn't realize. Publix nailed it from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. Professional with kindness on top as a shopping experience. Kudos to management!”
“Very clean place. More up to date than most. The hot food was good but the young lady behind the counter is awesome. I didn't catch her name but she seams very sharp, helpful with selections. She was also very funny. And she did not seem to care what the person on the customer side of the counter looked like, how they dressed or their age. It's been a minute since I've seen her but for the sake of her knowing I am talking about her.
She help me and a buddy(chuck) we were installing a transmission and both VERY dirty and hungry. Instead of brushing us off or even look ING down she was very helpful and very patient with chuck who is 86yrs old

“So I’ve been here two nights in a row, taking advantage of the Italian sub that’s on sale. Last night Saturday night the two workers were so incredibly slow and tonight, Sunday Marc Is phenomenal. It’s not the first time I’ve seen him. He is about three times more efficient than your average worker here he deserves a raise and he deserves to be recognized. I hope Management sees this.”

We visited another Publix up the road where the lady at the sub station was extremely unexpectedly rude to us when we asked to order subs so we came here to this location where we had a complete turn around on the customer service where we happily were served with a smile.”

The front desk ladies always welcome us with a warm smile as we walk through the door. Their helpfulness is unmatched—if we need assistance finding something, they go above and beyond, even walking us to the exact spot.
Parking here is convenient, making it easy to get in and out. The prepared food is consistently fresh and delicious, and every hoagie is made to perfection. “This is my local Publix, that I shop at often. IMO Publix is a little expensive, so I try to get their Buy 1 get 1 deals as much as I can. They have better quality food than, for example Walmart, and it is MUCH cleaner, which is a plus! One thing I would change though, is the deli! It is not bad or anything, but their subs used to be WAYYYY BETTER! IDK if I am getting new people when I go in or what, but some of the workers definitely need to be trained better, as they don't seem to know what they're doing. The last few subs I have ordered, hardly had anything on them, and they did not toast them or anything! Kinda a bummer! Growing up we all used to get excited to get our Pub Subs, and they were always HUGE and packed so full you could barely close them, but now it is comparable to Subway? I hope they fix that sooner, rather than later!”

“My husband and I were immediately seen by the BJ's eye personnel. Both ladies were professional and friendly and went out of their way to give us information while we were looking for frames and what different options were available to us. Only issue we had was with the actual BJ's store, it was crazy COLD in the store. My husband went outside to warm up at one point.”
