  I recently graduated from FGCU and had a gown rented from Herff Jones. My husbands grandfather fell ill so we went out of town shortly after we moved and I graduated. I asked to please extend the return window for a refund and they declined it and charged $150 even thought I mailed it back. Seems a bit inconsiderate

  Awful customer service. I tried to make an online payment, was given an error message. I then emailed the representative (with a screenshot of the message), who stated he doesn’t know why I can’t make a payment and to call the office. When I called, there’s a voicemail message that they will randomly be answering... read full comment

  In short, we had an issue when we ordered. While I have not received the finished product, Steve has been fantastic in assisting us in correcting the issue. We are looking forward to receiving our products.
