“I will start with the fact that Storm Smart was the first company to arrive at my home after Hurricane Ian, 4 days after the hurricane! My screen was damaged but not enough to cause any damage to all the furniture and plants that we had stuffed in the lanai area. The product itself is excellent as well as the quality. No complaints about that. It did its job and did it very well! We did obviously need a new screen though and they put the order in. We also needed some reinforcements on the ends and the center. I will not deny that there were issues along the way. Some missed appointments and some that they could not complete due to a lack of supplies. I get it! We just had a major hurricane and everyone was being pulled in all directions. In the end, Justin, made everything right! I believe his title is something like Director of Operations/Services??? Whatever his title is, he made us very happy customers when all the repairs were completed. I highly recommend them because their product is excellent and they will get the job done, even it it might take a little extra time.”

“I wanted a washer machine. Lowes had on in stock. The associates in appliances were awesome. I was in and out in less than an hours. Just wish I got the 10% Veterans discount but they didn't honor it on appliances. I got a great Whirlpool washing machine for $520 including tax.”

“If it's something quick that you need go in there you'll be able to get it and you leave laughing the people and they have a great very customer service orientated matter of fact but very humorous and they have a bunch of stuff and he get some alcohol to cigarettes to in between”

“Typical Lowe's store in that it is clean and nicely stocked, and the aisles are plenty wide. The parking lot was crowded, and it can be a little awkward getting in and out of this place due to the store being located at the intersection of two major roads. All in all, a good visit.”
