“I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to an email I sent trying to figure out their availability between the two locations. I pieced together a wishlist of everything I was hoping to get during an in-person visit, and had to miss out on a huge sale they were holding because of terrible weather. I ended up sending my brother to collect all the growy things as part of a day trip he was planning in the area. The lady working was able to direct him to every line item (and the back ups just in case there were issues of availability) so he didn't have to wander lost for hours. Then I was in the neighborhood for something unrelated and stopped by in the last 15-20 minutes of the day to see the nursery in person. They do a great job at organization and the grounds overall were just really nice. The gent working (and his dog!) checked in and let us know he was closing up shop for the day. I just wanted to see it first hand. I'm glad I opted for the in person shopping though. While it would have been convenient to save a few hours of driving, getting to pick out your plant and not have to repot immediately after delivery made up for it. I'm sure there's cheaper options elsewhere, but these folks have a huge selection of unusual plants and the people working are very knowledgable. And I've been super happy with my new plant friends!”

“If it's something quick that you need go in there you'll be able to get it and you leave laughing the people and they have a great very customer service orientated matter of fact but very humorous and they have a bunch of stuff and he get some alcohol to cigarettes to in between”

“Peter plumbing a Home Depot provider….. In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using Peters Plumbing and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital but they required a half down deposit 75.00 ( red flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to. I had called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally got a hold of the local service manager (Jose)and said somebody would be out the following day,two days later. They were working at the job at the neighbors house changing an outside spigot . While They did show up there ,Isaw them leave and I called right away and was told that they would contact them and come back and fix my well and get my water working,no one showed up and no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back . He said I would have to call the office, when I did they refused saying it was there policy no refunds.I tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me. A VERY SELFISH AND UNCOMPASSONATE COMPANY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN A TIME OF NEED, SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP THE COMMUNITY., AND VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. Thought you should know since you use them as a service provider and that service can be a perception on your company… Thank you for your time and hopefully your understanding”
