“Needed a locking latch for our 5th wheel. Upon walking in the door, there was a young man greeting us. He asked if we needed help, told him what we were looking for. Without skipping a beat he replied with " no problem, you can find that in Isle 30 halfway down on your left" we walked right to it, they had several options for what we needed. Picked outs and was out within 5 minutes. Great & knowledgeable staff.”

“I am thoroughly impressed with your delivery driver Jakalia. There was no one around to run the forklift when the Richelieu truck came in, so I jumped on (certified but have never driven ours, or any in over 12years). The driver was so kind and patient to take time to help guide me in maneuvering the forks to get the pallet off the truck. I appreciated it so much because I was very nervous. In this day and age when everyone is so worried about the timing of every task, it was nice to see someone who was this patient and not at all frustrated by me taking three times longer than the normal offloading of product. “I think this is a great franchise. I mainly shop at Fort Myers store and only wish I was younger and handier so I could buy a lot more! Of note is the recent phone call I got from the district manager Anna, regarding the shortage of a product I have been trying to buy for several months. Somehow, I tracked her down and got a message to her and was surprised she responded. She promised to help me secure the product when it becomes in stock. That’s Customer Service!”
“I've lived in Florida for 6 years. Eliminates Fort Myers. Of course, you can tell by the Riverdale public some. Vernal publics, I also do all of my Mulching weed barrier, I got my l. ED lamps for hurricane season, rainy and Lightning season, which is coming up. They always have what I need. Excuse me out of the big box store and always no matter what it is, put their app in yourself. You won't regret it. Employees fantastic store immacula. The one lady that's been at the cash redes. For years, New Year's years is so wonderful. Don't know her name so polite. Take care of everything like she read your mind before you even tell her what you want to do. She suggests it, thanks. “Milwaukee service center for Fort Myers metropolitan area. Next closest is Port Charlotte.Do yourself a favor and buy your Milwaukee, Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. here. Same prices but a local business. Good people.Walked in with two Milwaukee 12Ah and one 9 Ah batteries that needed to be warrantied. Can't ship the batteries as a consumer, too much lithium. Walked out with a new Milwaukee 2441-20 (caulk gun) that was ON THE SHELF and same price as the big box store. They have tons of inventory - I'm partial to Milwaukee but they have Bosch, Makita, and DeWalt sitting on the shelf. They also had lots of consumables, hardware, hand tools, and other miscellaneous stuff.Fantastic store. Wish I'd known about them sooner.”

“I was building a new proton pack, as my last one the stream is stating to get a little week, so I really needed to get the new one done and working to be able to keep up at work, and you guys had all the parts I needed to go with the core. I was able to get everything I needed at one place in one trip, and the difference it has made at work, well let's just say everyone else is trying to copy my design now, has the strongest stream yet and this new build gives about another 20 more yards range”
