“When you walk in, it feels almost like a warehouse. I am amazed by the pricing. VERY reasonable compared to other stores/websites. The staff is attentive but not over-baring. They actually let u look through the possibilities.
I suggest them if you are looking for bathtubs, doors (interior and exterior), or sinks (kitchen, bath, and mud room options available), and windows.
Oh, and fyi-they do NOT have pocket doors. BUT, they do have STAINED GLASS doors and windows!!!! Very posh.

“This place is awesome! It has so many things for fixing up around the house. I went to Walmart for yard waste bags and they didn’t have them but Tropical Hardware did. Needed plumbers putty and instead of wandering around a giant big box store, I walked in, asked the staff where it was and had exactly what I needed in a minute. The prices were also good. Highly recommend this place and I will be back for all my project needs.”
“Ordered a part number on their website, I needed four bolts and the part number looked like it came with two bolts so I ordered two quantities of that part number. Unfortunately the part number only came with one bolt so I only got two bolts, I contacted the customer service and David immediately took care of me and saw how it might have looked confusing and they fixed it. Awesome work.”

“10/30/2025. As a follow up to my review below I wanted to say how pleased I was to get a call from the VP of this company today. Eric Von Kaenel from their corporate office called and was very helpful in trying to rectify my experience at the Fort Myers location. I don’t do enough with hydraulic lines to say I’d be there again, but if the need arises I would definitely go back. Since I don’t have this need, he made a goodwill offer to my son’s shop for their next project. Thank you Eric for taking the time to get back with me on this. I am changing my rating because of you.
I went to this location yesterday and at first thought it was going to be a good experience because the person that was going to make the lines said it would only take a few minutes. He wasn’t overly friendly but I didn’t care as long as he was able to make the lines I needed. Another person came up from the back of the store to ring me up and he seemed much nicer and just as I was about to check out the first person that was attempting to make the lines said that he didn’t have the fittings, I told him that I didn’t mind leaving them and pick up later but he said he couldn’t get fittings for me, threw my stuff back in the box and basically that was that. After leaving I thought I’d try an auto parts store on my way home, and was told no problem. I left them a few minutes before they closed and got a call at 8:30 this morning saying all is complete. My question would be, as big of a place that you all have, how is it that this much smaller store is able to do something you couldn’t or wouldn’t do.”

“Milwaukee service center for Fort Myers metropolitan area. Next closest is Port Charlotte.Do yourself a favor and buy your Milwaukee, Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. here. Same prices but a local business. Good people.Walked in with two Milwaukee 12Ah and one 9 Ah batteries that needed to be warrantied. Can't ship the batteries as a consumer, too much lithium. Walked out with a new Milwaukee 2441-20 (caulk gun) that was ON THE SHELF and same price as the big box store. They have tons of inventory - I'm partial to Milwaukee but they have Bosch, Makita, and DeWalt sitting on the shelf. They also had lots of consumables, hardware, hand tools, and other miscellaneous stuff.Fantastic store. Wish I'd known about them sooner.”

“Everyone here was extremely helpful! I needed a nitrogen tank to install my mini split, and the staff was more than happy to assist me. I set up an account so I could rent a tank, but during our conversation I mentioned that I had an old oxygen tank I no longer used. They told me they could simply swap it for a nitrogen tank of the same size — the tank was old and out of date so in would need to pay for the inspection. (which I was fine paying for).
When I arrived, since it was already an AirGas tank, they didn’t even charge me for the inspection. The same went for my old CO₂ tank that I brought in to exchange — all I had to pay for was the gas.
I am thrilled with my experience! Everyone was so friendly and patient, even though I asked a million questions. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in years.”
