“What an amazing bridal boutique! I found this boutique online and was so fascinated about how private and personal the appointment would be. Everything was amazing. Before my appointment I was sent a list of the inventory that they carried in the boutique and got to pick out many dresses that I liked. The day of my appointment went so smoothly and I was comfortable and excited the entire time. My entourage was treated with such kindness and were able to view the dresses I tried on in comfort. “My wife lost her diamond pendant and chain but fortunately it was insured. I chose Mark Loren Designs to replace it and I’m so glad I did! They did a beautiful job of duplicating the original and completed it much sooner than expected. Our only issue was we weren’t really happy with the chain they put on it and they replaced it with one we chose with no questions asked. They also handled the processing of the insurance claim for us! While waiting for the new pendant to be completed I took my wife’s engagement ring in to be repaired. It had two broken prongs which they replaced for much less than I had been quoted by other jewelers and it was ready the next day! They also tightened the prongs on a ring my father had given me at no charge! I would recommend Mark Loren Designs to anyone that is looking for a unique piece of jewelry or in need of repairs at a fair price! A special thanks to Cameron and Kim who we had the pleasure of working with.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Roberto and Lourdes at Roberto’s. 27 year old wedding ring (custom designed), and due to wear and tear; the bottom of the ring fractured. Roberto’s evaluated, tested gold, re-sized, made gold match on replacement piece (14k), and asked for us to leave ring for a few days . Four hours later we got a call and it was done. Roberto said he loved the opportunity.Great service and detail dealing with a custom design (and a very happy wife!). Thank you Roberto’s for a great experience. You run a great business operation!”

“First things first, we need to understand one thing, this shop is located right on the corner of Hendry and Mainstreet. It is small storefront shop that was at first difficult to locate. But once you saw it, you will see it. Second things second. Sheri and Kaylee were so helpful! As an empath it was evidently clear that when I first walked in with my friend, that this place was full of love and care. The both of them were so educated and caring!
