Poor Service, just that simpleWhen you here a service manager tell you ,if you bought it here it could have been covered under factory warranty(first mini). second Mini service mgr. tells you what you did to preclude a warranty claim- makes up a story to fit his claim!! (second Mini)last Mini for sure!!
