“Amazing Experience!! So my 19 year old daughter and her college friend are driving to FGCU down I 75 and get a blow out in between Punta Gorda and Fort Meyers. She has a BMW X1 that has no spare tire. They are stranded on I 75 off to the side. I'm frantically searching for tire shops that have a 245/45 ZR 20 XL so I can get the car towed their and the tire changed and get my kid off the side of the Highway. Called all the so called reputable tire places only for all of them not to empathize with my situation since all did not have the tire and could not help give suggestions regarding this special type tire. Finally called NY Tire & Auto and spoke with Fernando. He was empathetic to my situation and offered his tow services as well and had the special tire in stock but not an XL but said it's ok unlike other greedy tire shops. He went and picked up the girls in 35 minutes and brought them back to the shop safely and changed the tire and had them back on the road in no time. Also did not gouge me and charged me a fair price for everything. Fernando was so great a Godsend. Thank you Fernando from a Dad who felt he was in a helpless situation and you and your team came to the recue. I will never forget what great service you gave in a worrisome situation. I will recommend you to all the families out in Fort Meyers and beyond. Thanks Again!”

“Usually change the oil myself but ended up way past due after being so busy. Figured I’d stop by and let the pros do it. These guys were super nice and efficient changing my oil, engine filter, and wipers. Totally worth the extra money to have these guys do it. I’m impressed.”
“Highly recommend. They tell you What’s going on with the car. I had my daughter she was sleeping in the car didn’t have to get out. Got the oil change inside my car. It did not take long maybe 20 mins. I did have to turn off the car which is understandable. The team on fort Myers on Fowler were outstanding. They recommend the stuff and showed what was wrong with the car with respect and told the cost. Was not trying to sale you something. Honest machine work with price. Prices are reasonable.”
