“I've been meaning to leave yall a 5 star review because my parents have a very nice Generac generator with a 500 gallon propane tank. Ian struck around this time last year and I couldn't imagine how much more miserable conditions would have gotten without that. My parents had close to a full tank when Ian hit and I wanna say that we probably got close to 9 days before it needed to be filled. We had a different company on file and we called them the first day the storm hit, just to get in line early because I know how busy your companies get. They called us back when we were getting low and told us that it would still be a few days before they could get out to us. A mutual friend of yall and mine told me to call you guys and I explained the situation and what happened and I immediately set up an account for my parents with you guys and yall came just in time and saved us from having to live in unbearable conditions after the hurricane. Things got so bad at my house in the N Cape, that I had no choice but to bring my 3 small children and my wife and I over to my parents for close to a month because of all the damage to our home, but we did try for about 4 days to make things work at our house. Being on well water and no electricity it doesn't take long before living conditions become extremely unbearable. I was smart enough to fill both my bath tubs with water before the power went out so that we could flush toilets and other things. With 5 people in a house, we used up 2 bathtubs of water within about 4 days and then we couldn't flush the toilets any longer. Not having air conditioning is the least of our problems when a city gets hit that hard. That's why we ended up moving into my parents house for the month with the generator and yalls outstanding service to keep our propane filled. Life was so nice living at my parents after what we went through at our house in the N Cape. Thank you South Florida Gas Company! By the way, if I'm not mistaken I think our mutual friend might have worked for yall for a long time if I remember correctly. Her name is Patricia or I call her Patty Roonan. She really helped by pulling some strings and saved about 12 people that all squeezed into my parents home, but compared to how we were living the first 4 days following Ian, life at my parents was amazing. We take all these things for granted when electricity and water are flowing normally. Things get very bad very quick after a city gets destroyed by a hurricane. Thank you again South Florida Gas!! Yall saved alot of people just by filling one 500 gallon propane tank for a generator. We will be customers for life now!”

“We decided to buy a new tv at Sam's Club. So, we requested a U-Haul truck online. We drove down the street, walked into the U-Haul store, spoke with a really nice representative and payed for the rental. We were back at Sam's Club in no time, losded up and off to our house, unloaded and back to U-Haul for a speedy return.The whole experience took 45 minutes.U-Haul for the convenience and the win!”

They were really friendly and even helped my husband get the tank in the truck, I think it weighed over 150 pounds filled. I reported the loss to the police, as missing tanks were being found, and I had saved its serial number. After that, it took a few persistent calls to Customer Service, but eventually I was given the number to call if a local Territory Manager, Chad, and later Ismael. They and their staff helped setup an appointment for a replacement tank and refil, and all the details were taken care of very well. Despite many thousands of similar stories all at the same time, these individuals and their staff and field workers got everything taken care, to my great relief and happiness.”
