Homeless living in the bathroom are a problem. Other than that, the place is nice, the staff are friendly.

I understand not having enough workers, but try to show some urgency. The EMS standing in line for at least 5 to 10mins but had to answer a call and had to leave food. Now, being a manager I would have given the food.
