“Meeting Rob at Dans Fan City on Cleveland Ave proved to be a very comforting experience. I had previously purchased a two upscale fans and had installed. Unfortunately the high performance fan in family room failed. My handyman took down and I went to Dans on a Saturday morning. I explained what had happened and Rob reacted positively and said let’s hook it up and And see what happened. After testing several different items he arrived on the defective part. During the tests he noticed another problem and eventually decided the fan needed to be replaced. The warranty covered it. Rob was very helpful and kind to me his customer. I will definitely return to Dans for any other needs. They are professionals. Thank you.”

“I had a wonderful visit to Cricket Wireless in San Carlos Park, there was a variety of phones, which were the latest models of both Android and iOS. More importantly, the customer service with Carolina was personable and made a huge effort to make sure I was able to address my immediate needs. This was AWESOME because a phone is like a house key today, with access to banking, contacts, and opportunities. Thank you again, I am so happy to be a customer with Cricket.”

“I just wanted to take a moment and thank your team for the excellent job the did today. Extremely organized, focused, protected furniture and flooring and completed the job quickly. Your team took the time to demonstrate the new features of the Denon AV receiver which was a great solution for my new home entertainment upgrade. The new speakers produce amazing sound quality and greatly enhanced my surround sound experience. I look forward to enjoying great movies and beautiful music throughout my home. I will highly recommend your company to anyone needing professional audio and video services.”

“I have used this company for several projects. I am now the proud owner of an awesome pool heater that I have set to 89 degrees (I really love warm water). They also installed a new timer and replaced a breaker that had been installed by another company which was faulty. It took a little time to get things running perfectly but the pool is now my favorite place even in cooler weather!”

“Mario and Abdul provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were both patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire phone buying process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the best option for my needs, and made sure everything was set up properly before I left. It’s hard to find genuine customer service these days, but they definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend this store if you want friendly, professional, and efficient service!”

“And they do boats! Craig and his team did a fantastic job on my Saxdor 320 GTO. They have at least 40 hours working on this new brand! They drove to Miami and finished the job upgrading my stock stereo in one day. And since I didn’t have the time to sell the original speakers, I told his awesome young apprentice Roger to keep them and sell them. He did, we split the revenue and he promptly sent me the funds. Stereo works great, additional speakers sound fantastic and installation looks like all original. My 85 year old father is a fantastic $2 coupon clipper. He said “Whatever this upgrade cost was completely worth it.” Fantastic family business. 100% recommended!”

“Helpful employees. They even have hearing aid store and pharmacy inside. Join to get a membership and you get regular or premium gas at a price better than any gas station around. You can only get the gas as a member. You can't share membership card. They just added an outside location to make spare car keys. Yes they sell in bulk but price competitive especially vs Publix. The only downside are there are no signs to indicate what is down the isles. This is a Costco strategy to get you to spend more time shopping. There is a modest food court that is usually busy. It helps to provide a spot to sit, rest and curb your hunger from all the walking you do there. We got a whole home generator at a better price plus a Costco card to use , based upon the refund you get , based upon the price of the generator. My neighbors used them to book a flight and hotel to Hawaii that they said was great. They also have car bays to change car and pick up tires. I think that is the only car service they provide. They sell a lot of TV's.”

“I've done a good amount of deliveries, but this place stood out for how nice and helpful everyone was from the very beginning! From the front of the store to the to the back of the warehouse everyone seemed to be in a good mood and greeted/directed me to the right areas I needed to be in.Dave immediately helped my van get loaded and showed me how they organized the boxes. Then, (I hope I get her name right) Camila was very helpful by writing the numbers on the boxes to make sure they were all grouped together which was a HUGE help, so thank you and sorry if I got your name wrong!Overall a very solid team with welcoming vibes which you don't really see early in the morning haha10/10 would deliver again!”

“I went in to buy Meta Glasses. Not long after I found them Jackie was there to ask me if I needed help. Helped me find them and had Dey the Meta Specialist help me with the purchase. He was unable to open the packaging to show green lenses that weren't out for display. As I understand. Jackie had him open them up and suggested I walk outside with them to confirm the green lenses. Dey went out to demonstrate. Go to Best Buy. They offer a 2 year warranty on damaged Glasses while Meta only has a one year warranty on the inner workings only.”

“I enjoy this Target better than the others in Fort Myers. They recently "remodeled". It looks better than before, but the checkout area still needs some help. This target is usually better stocked than the one at gulf coast. Always a good idea to check if the item is in stock on the app before going anyways. They also do a much better job of having clean shopping carts available than the others.”
